The beach is still there as before, despite all the stories of half a year ago that it would be closed, hotels would be built, a boulevard and so much more.
All shops, bars and restaurants (Casetas) are still open and nobody seems to remember these plans.
So everything is still the same?
No, something has changed, there is a new rule introduced, motorized vehicles are not allowed anymore on the beach.

Although in the early morning the garbage truck is still allowed on the beach and some vehicles that deliver perishable goods to restaurants.
Yet another improvement, where previously the motorcycle taxis after 5 PM were allowed on the beach with alle the noise and exhaust fumes as a result, now you can peacefully enjoy a drink or snack after a day at the beach.
For the suppliers, it is a bit more complicated than before, they have to supply the bars and restaurants with a wheelbarrow or handtruck.
