Located one mile from the center of Sosúa (El Batey), a new residential community is created: Casa Linda City!
There have already been finished about 200 bungalows and villas, but eventually, in ten building phases, 800 bungalows and villas will be built.
The special thing about these homes is that the client can choose between panel or concrete block construction, each property has its own private pool.
The advantage of panel style construction is a better insulation, in summer heat is kept outside and in winter the temperature remains comfortable.

Nature reserve Casa Linda City
Alongside this new residential community there is a large nature reserve with rare trees, plants and animals.
There are more than 200 year old Ceiba and Caoba (Mahogany) trees.
There are also caves housing not only ordinary bats, but also flying foxes.
The ordinary bats fly out every evening at dusk to catch insects, however, the flying fox lives mainly from fruits.
The park also houses many wildflowers and wild berries.
It is also rich in birds including several species of the hummingbird.
In the park they are currently working on a hiking path through the nature reserve so true nature friends can enjoy the park to the fullest soon.
Individuals interested can subscribe on excursions that will be organized under the leadership of Juan Michael Mataz, Garry Kooy and Milo Martinez.
It always will be organized tours to prevent that nature is disturbed by too many visitors.
