December 16, 2014
Last Saturday, December 13, there was a Christmas market in Villa #84 of Residencial Hispaniola.
A long red carpet led the visitors to the entrance.
The beautiful villa was transformed into a true cultural display.
There were wine booths (Spanish and Italian), beer booths (German beer), and culinary delights such as Christmas cakes, top quality cigars, jewelry and health products.

Jacqueline and her assistant from restaurant Parada Típica El Choco were also present with a stand.
They had a delicious cheese and chocolate fondue on offer.
There was so much interest in this fondues that they were sold out in no time.
Furthermore, attendees were able to enjoy the works of some artists.

Downstairs in the garden was a stage set up where the advanced students of the 'Emily Watson School of Dance' gave a beautiful ballet.
The performance of a Spanish dancer-singer was also excellent.
Later in the evening in the garden, with great interest from an enthusiastic audience, they let go some hot air balloons.

Throughout the evening pianist Isa played on the terras familiar tunes by composers such as Beethoven, Mozart, Schubert and some of her own compositions.
Again this year, the Christmas Fair attracted visitors from near and far away to be part of this cozy event, not only because of the market, but it is also a unique opportunity to meet new people or reunite with acquaintances in an informal ambience.
