The 'Asociación Amigos Por Los Animales the Sosúa' or the 'Foundation Friends of Animals in Sosúa' organizes Saturday November 28th a fundraiser in bar / restaurant Jolly Rogers.
There will be a scavenger hunt and a penny auction to raise the funds.
The local entrepreneurs have made great prizes available for this event.
Participation costs 200 pesos per person.
The proceeds from this event will benefit the AAASosúa foundation.
The foundation 'Asociación Amigos Animales Sosúa' (AAASosúa) is committed to improve the life of (stray) dogs and cats in and around Sosúa.
Doctors from Canada, USA and Germany come several times a year to Sosúa to give the pets a treatment against various diseases, including an anti-scabies treatment.
