Anniversary party Parada Típica El Choco
Saturday February 6th Marco and Jacqueline celebrated their fifth anniversary in the restaurant Parada Típica El Choco. That is to say that they took over the restaurant that appeared a bit neglected five years ago. In these five years, this restaurant, thanks to tireless efforts of the two Swiss, turned into a meeting place for residents of Sosúa. Almost every week they organize various activities. Many music groups performed at the restaurant but there is also time to celebrate the Oktoberfest, Carnival, Caribel Limit, New Year's Eve and Aperitivo Hour.

Marco and Jacqueline have also invited musicians from Europe to perform. In October this year they plan to invite a brass band from Austria. But Marco has also established his own house band in which he is the drummer and for which he invites guest singers. During the anniversary celebration last Saturday this was Simone Zizzi from Italy. The restaurant was filled to the last seat and the house band 4eMme played enthusiastically where Simone Zizzi stole the show with her beautiful voice. Sunday February 14 the band plays with singer Simone Zizzi at restaurant in the Hotel Don Andres.
