Armando Casciati invited everyone on Sunday March 5th to celebrate his return to Sosúa with a big party.
Armando Casciati, the owner of the Merengue Club and Disco D'Clasico in Sosúa was forced to leave the country in September 2014.
He fought this in court and it seems he eventually won the trail.
Armando Casciati is a big investor in Sosúa and owns several bars, nightclubs and hotels.
Unfortunately it rained constantly Sunday evening so the party in the upper room of Sosúa Bay Casino started somewhat slow.
In the hall there were stalls where you could get free hot dogs, beer, Cuba-Libres and fruit drinks.
The band with Ruby Perez started their swinging concert at half past nine.

They played mostly merengues including hits like Volveré and Dulce Veneno.
The band then played 'Happy Birthday' for Ruby Perez thought it was Armando's birthday.
But the ringmaster rushed to the stage to put that mistake right.
Armando set up this party for the residents of Sosúa in honor of his return in the resort village.
In the pause it was busy again at the stalls for the free snacks and drinks.
There were long lines of revelers who waited patiently for these free goodies made available by Armando.
After the break, the party went on for another hour.
Everyone was exited to see Armando is back in Sosúa.
