Most tourists have not discovered it yet, but it is a sublime spot for entertainment in Sosúa.
We are talking about the Mamajuana Bar, located in the main street Pedro Clisante opposite the Britania Bar.

You have to pass a small hallway first.
Then you walk into an area with a large circular bar with dance floor, stage and terraces.
Behind the bar four nice camarera's (waitresses) are awaitng you.
The prices for the drinks and snacks are very affordable.
Every Thursday evening musicians perform, playing bachata, merengue and salsa.
You can even dance with the camarera's.
We went there last Thursday night for a visit.
It was cozy, the music was great and original Dominican and there was lots of dancing.
So pay a visit to the Mamjuana bar, especially on Thursday night, it is recommended.
