Almost every day groups of students from schools in Sosúa, Sosúa Abajo, La Unión and Cabarete visited the exhibition. The exhibition has also been visited by a group of foreign evangelical youth. The artist Salomón Santos himself is present to explain the paintings. He is assisted by the secretary of the cultural center Yuni Mari Rosario Hernández. The exhibition of the works of Salomón Santos consists of paintings of the Bay of Sosúa. He shows the colorful underwater world of corals, fish, crabs and lobsters. But he also did work on the pollution of the ocean. He is very concerned about the large volumes of plastic being dumped carelessly in the Sosúa river and into the ocean.
