Thursday June 8 Minelys Sánchez presented her new work 'Ángeles Nómadas' in the upper hall of the cultural center (Casa de Arte) Sosúa.
She actually had already attended on April 20 the book fair in the capital (Feria Internacional del Libro de Santo Domingo) with her new book.
Her work was rewarded here with the pretentious 'Premio de Letras de Ultramar'.
And now the residents of Sosúa got the opportunity to get acquainted with the work of this writer.
The upstairs hall was packed with fans of her work.
Omar Messón introduced the author with an explanation of her new book.
Omar is also the chairman of the Thursday evening Writers Collective in Sosúa.
