Ilana Neumann, Mayor of Sosúa, accompanied by her councilors, had a meeting last week with members of the cleaning brigades in Los Charamicos.

The meeting took place at the pool hall in La Piedra (part of Charamicos).
They set up a plan to divide Sosúa in sectors and appoint a cleaning brigade to each sector.
The brigades will also be provided with better equipment.
At the end of the meeting they made a tour through the La Piedra neighborhood.
The mayor promised that the holes in the roads, the drainage system and sidewalks will be fixed soon.
Meanwhile, work continues on the asphalting of the roads in Sosúa.
Currently the roads in the Las Coabas (part of the La Unión neighborhood), are being fixed.
The last few days it rains regularly which unfortunately will cause delays on these activities.
