This will take place at the Colonial Fortress of San Felipe in Puerto Plata August 13th, 14th, and 15th 2010. This competition is dedicated in the honor of Jan Marcos Riveras who is the first Dominican Kite-surfer to gain the title Champion of the World in Waves. This is an opportunity to witness the intensity of the Dominican and International Kiteboarding competitors.
