We published an article some time ago about a German-language magazine that is distributed free of charge, every 14 days, along the north coast. It's a very lively magazine, with excellent layout and interesting articles. The editors are not afraid to write about various problems. They do this in a subtle way, by interviewing politicians, and then adding other people's comments (e.g. economy experts) alongside the interview.
But now the magazine is no longer allowed to be distributed in La Sirena, apparently under orders of the manager there. The store's customers will have to obtain their copies of the magazine elsewhere. Perhaps the sometimes critical tone of the magazine has offended the management of La Sirena? This is a negative development, because La Playa is a good magazine that contains valuable information. By refusing to allow this magazine in the store, La Sirena is failing its German-speaking customers.
