Due to the recent heavy rainfall in the region, the Sosúa Fire Department, in collaboration with Civil Protection, has intensified its efforts to respond effectively to the emergencies that have arisen. Both institutions have deployed rapid response teams to combat floods, landslides and other risk situations created by the heavy rainfall. Employees work day and night to ensure the safety of residents and minimize damage to local infrastructure.
