In preparation for Mother's Day, a special celebration was held at the Julio Arzeno Educational Center in Sosúa in an atmosphere of joy and gratitude.
Students participated in various artistic and cultural activities in honor of their mothers.
During the event, raffles were held, gifts were handed out and a special snack was served, which brought smiles and unforgettable moments to the attendees.
Director Abel, together with his management team, thanked all mothers for their presence and emphasized their indispensable role as a fundamental driving force in the family and in the upbringing of their children.
The education sector reaffirmed its commitment to continue cultivating values ??and recognizing the love and sacrifice of mothers.
Last week there was a meeting at the school Gregorio Luperón to pay extra attention to raising awareness about preventing bullying and intimidation at school.
The Counseling and Psychology department, headed by Bery L. Martínez, organized an important awareness event for the students, focusing on the prevention of bullying and harassment in schools.
The aim of this activity was:
- Promote a culture of respect, empathy and healthy coexistence inside and outside the classroom.
- Promote the identification and rejection of bullying behavior, recognizing its impact on students' emotional and academic lives.
- Motivate the education sector to actively act as prevention and reporting agents, thus creating a safe environment for everyone.
