Super Bowl celebrated in the Pedro Clisante
On Friday afternoon the Rumba bar and Bar Central were closed by the government. But what a surprise: Sunday afternoon the Rumba bar was open again. How they managed to do that remains unclear, but it was certain that now the Super Bowl enthusiasts could also enjoy this sports event on big screens in this bar. For this Super Bowl weekend several hundred Americans had gone to Sosúa to enjoy this sporting competition together.

On Sunday evening the Rumba bar was packed with sports enthusiasts. A big cheer with every score from hundreds of throats. The 'halftime show' also received great acclaim because the two shows by Jennifer Lopez and Shakira were breathtakingly spectacular. Further down the street at Matteo's Seaside Pub and Jolly Rogers it was also a party. This special sports event was also enjoyed there. After the event, the party continued for several hours.
