The newly established cycling club of Sosúa (Sosúa Velo Club) has a cycling race scheduled for Feb. 13.
The race starts at the park opposite Banco Popular and will go to Rio San Juan where there will be made a turn, then it will head back to Sosúa.
It is a tour of 120 km whith in Laguna Gri Gri an obligatory stop for 20 minutes to drink a refreshment.

Only participants with a road bike can participate.
The registration fee is 100 pesos.
Participants should join in bike uniform and safety helmet between 7.30 and 8.30 AM at the start.
There are three categories of participants.
Master 1 participants were born between 1931 and 1943
Master 2 participants were born between 1944 and 1955
Master 3 participants born after 1955
The riders are expected to be back again in Sosúa at 1 PM.
At 2 PM starts the awards ceremony.
