In many restaurants and bars in Sosúa New Year's Eve was celebrated.
At bar Plan B they set up an extra tent so everybody would have a seat.
The party started already early in the evening.
Martha and her staff of waitresses could hardly keep up with the demand of beer and other beverages.
There was singing and dancing and the waitresses danced regularly between the other dancers.
Restaurant Parada Típica El Choco was packed.
Plan B
Parada Típica El Choco
At ten o'clock there was a fire blowing show outside on the gravel.
Inside played the band Allison@M3.
The band played soul, ballads and rock and roll songs.
The female singer sang really beautiful and very professional.
A truly outstanding playing band.
Everybody sang enthusiastically along and many people danced on the dance floor and between the tables.
It was party time at El Choco thanks to Marco and Jacqueline.
Rancho Típico
In Rancho Típico bar in Pedro Clisante Ad threw a party.
The regulars customers together with other visitors had a nice time at the bar.
In Pedro Clisante especially in El Flow and the Rumba bar it was very busy with the local people.
Here you could also enjoy the Dominican music as merengue, salsa and bachata.

Rancho Típico
At Bar Central and Merenguebar it were mainly tourists and residents.
At D' Latin (Willy's bar) especially hip hop music was played.
It was striking that many 'regulars' of the bars had left for home to the family.
So the tourists were mainly on their own.
The party went on peacefully without major incidents until dawn.
I love Sosúa
