The socially conscious and highly esteemed pastor of the Evangelical Church in Sosúa, Jeremías Kerry Green died Sunday, July 1 after major surgery in La Plaza de La Salud in Santo Domingo.
More than 25 years the pastor was active in the beach town where he committed himself to the benefit of poor families.
His social commitment to the sorrows of life was praised by the people and greatly appreciated.
His funeral was attended by thousands of residents of the beach town.
