Today it's about a year ago that Ad opened the bar Rancho Tipico in its new style.
This has to be, knowing Ad as flamboyant manager, celebrated in style.
The cakes have been ordered and the bar has already been decorated.
Ad can be proud for what he achieved with the previously expired bar.
It is party time and crowded every night.
Ad plays as one of the few bars in Sosúa still Latin music like salsa, merengue, bachata, reggaeton and ballads.
On request there is also music from the glorious years of the Pop and Rock and Roll.
Most music is accompanied by a video clip on large flat screens above the bar and at the newly build terrace.

The waitresses ensure that customers are provided with a drink to their choice and Ad occasionally contributes with complimentary glass of Mamajuana.
But the waitresses also invite the customers for a dance on the dance floor so that they can learn the latest tricks of the bachata and reggaeton.
Moreover, they give regular dance demonstrations.
Ad still offers the super cheap breakfasts for only 99 pesos (fried eggs with bacon, cheese, ham, jam, bread, fruit and coffee).
You'll find Rancho Tipico a dozen yards beyond the still closed bar 'La Passion' in the main street Pedro Clisante.
