Recently, Armando Casciati has won his appeal for the Supreme Administrative Court in Santo Domingo against his expulsion from the Dominican Republic, which took place on 11 October 2014.
Instead, the court stated that all charges against Armando Casciati were unfounded and that he immediately must be re-admitted into the country.
Mr Armando Casciati owns three hotels, a nightclub and a bar in Sosúa and a factory of disposable diapers in Montecristi.
This equals an investment of more than 50 million pesos!
Besides Armando, three other entrepreneurs in Sosúa have been treated similarly.
It is Peter Jensen, Erwin Seitel and Bob the owner of the Rumba Bar.
The story goes that the criminal charges against these entrepreneurs have also been revoked.
