According to a report in 'Detras del Rumor' Armando Casciati arrived on Thursday January 22 at the airport Gregorio Luperón (Puerto Plata) and was stopped by Immigration officers.
Armando arrived at the airport with flight 935 from American Airlines.

There followed a heated discussion with Armando handing over the process reports to the officers.
These reports state that the entrepreneur Armando Casciati won his appeal at the Supreme Administrative Court in Santo Domingo, dated 15 January, against his expulsion from the Dominican Republic, which took place on 11 October 2014.
The Immigration officers were not impressed about the documents and forced Armando to leave the country again with another American Airlines flight.
