Representatives of the various trade unions and employers' organizations in the tourism industry have agreed that the minimum wage will rise in this sector by 12%. These are workers employed in hotels, casinos, restaurants, bars, cafes; night clubs and food businesses. This is stipulated in resolution no. 17/2015 and takes effect from July 2015 with retroactive effect.
