By popular demand, on Friday November 27 there is another 'Dominican Night' at the restaurant of the Hotel Don Andres. This time not the well appreciated BBQ, but a series of authentic Dominican dishes will be served. The buffet offers the guests salads, Sancocho soup, pica pollo, rice with chicken, lambi (conch meat) with sauce, beef in special sauce, white rice, Dominican lasagna and for dessert, sweet rice milk with raisins. At the previous 'Dominican Night' there was some initial hesitation by some guests for whom these were strange dishes, but after trying it, even the biggest doubters had to admit it was very tasty. At nine o'clock follows a performance by the popular band Angel de Bachata. This Dominican bachata band plays its own bachata, merengue and salsa themes and covers.
