We know Ad as the manager of the Black Box on the beach of Sosúa and the disco Rancho Tipico in the main street Pedro Clisante.
Whatever one thinks about Ad, he does know how to run a bar / restaurant / disco.
Wherever Ad opens a business, prompt many guests show up.
In a short time he turned the neglected Latino bar with discotheque into a popular site among the visitors of Sosúa.
But above all, Rancho Tipico was a good example, this bar had been closed for several years.
Ad transformed it into a thriving popular nightclub where it was party time every evening until late into the night.
Rancho Tipico lost his license because of a fire hazard.
Therefore Ad teamed up with the owner of City Lights Bar.
Also this bar was formerly very poorly frequented by tourists.
But Ad transformed this bar too in a cozy well-visited nightclub.
Now he has advanced plans to reopen the now closed nightclub High Caribbean.

He already has the necessary permits from the Municipality of Sosúa and the Department of Tourism in Puerto Plata.
