He talks to the members of the councils about the security situation in their neighborhood.
He wants to discuss the problems the neighborhoods are struggling with and what the National Police can do to relieve them.
This new approach of the problems is on the initiative of President Danilo Medina and the brigadier general Orinson Olivences Minaya.
The commander José Armando Brito Melo has already visited the neighborhoods Los Castillos, La Unión, Villa Liberación and Bella Vista in recent days.
